Rachel van Zanten is an accomplished marketing and customer experience professional with extensive experience in nonprofit and educational sectors. Currently serving as Head of Membership at CHOICE since July 2013, Rachel is responsible for driving customer lifetime value through strategic engagement and leadership of the Customer Experience and Engagement team. Previous roles include acting Head of Customer Acquisition and Marketing, and Marketing Manager at the Primary English Teaching Association Australia, where Rachel successfully executed retention strategies and marketing programs. With a solid foundation in product management and business consulting, Rachel's educational background includes a Master of Business in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Technology Sydney.
