Silvia Crosti has been with Chorus Call Italia Srl since its inception in May 2000, progressing from Account Executive to Manager of Operations, and eventually becoming General Manager in November 2005. As a Board Member of the Board of Directors since July 2012, Silvia possesses a comprehensive understanding of the company's evolution over two decades. Prior to this, Silvia worked as a Sales Assistant at an Import & Export Company from July 1997 to April 2000, managing international supplier relations and overseeing merchandise orders. Silvia's early career included an Assistant role at an Architecture Studio, contributing to the establishment of a new artistic glass business in Paris. Academically, Silvia holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from IULM University, supplemented by language studies at Deutsch Institut and Bell Language School.
