James Thibeaux began their career as a Warehouse Manager and Inside Sales Representative at the University of Houston from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they joined Service Corporation International and held various roles, including Marketing Services Intern, Lead Salesforce Strategist & Analyst, Manager of Customer Engagement, and Director of Customer Engagement. During their time at Service Corporation International, they led the implementation of the Medallia Survey platform, saving $1 million annually and improving customer feedback. James also launched an international e-commerce partnership and served as a technical lead for a salesforce.com implementation. Most recently, James has been appointed as the Director of Project Management at Christian Brothers Automotive, starting in 2023.
James Thibeaux holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the same institution, from 2007 to 2010.
