Carol Houle, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in the senior services sector. Currently serving as Senior Director – Human Resources at Christian Horizons since 2008, Carol leads a team that includes two regional HR directors, a benefits manager, and a regional recruiter for a prominent Midwest provider employing over 2,400 individuals. Previous roles include Regional Human Resources Director and Community Director of Human Resources at SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC, as well as Regional Recruiter and Director of Human Resources at St. Coletta's of Illinois. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
