Ann Principe DNP, MBA, MSM, RN, CPHQ is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in quality and patient safety, currently serving as the Corporate Director of Quality & Patient Safety at ChristianaCare since August 2008. Ann has held multiple roles within the organization, including Director of Patient Safety and Sr. Project Manager, and previously worked as a Staff Development Specialist. Prior experience includes critical care nursing positions at Progressive Nursing Staffers and Georgetown University Medical Center, where responsibilities included charge RN duties in high-acuity settings. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University, a Master of Business Administration from Wilmington University, a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Leadership from Wilmington University.
