Crystal Biagas

Crystal Biagas, MBA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Christopher Newport University since March 2023, having previously held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources. Prior to this role, Crystal Biagas was a Human Resources Generalist Manager and Generalist at the City of Newport News from September 2017 to March 2023.
