Erica Fuller

Erica Fuller has over a decade of experience in software engineering and project management, currently serving as a Manager in Software Engineering at C.H. Robinson since May 2013. Erica's career at C.H. Robinson began as a Business Analyst I, progressing through various roles including IT Delivery Lead and Coordinator of the Strategic Projects Team, where responsibilities included analyzing business problems, fostering high-performing teams, and enhancing reporting processes. Prior to C.H. Robinson, Erica held marketing roles at Mid-America Festivals and the CSOM Undergraduate Career & Internship Fair, and completed a special events internship at Nicollet Island Inn. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
