Prior to this, Michael worked at Swift Transportation as a National Account Manager, focusing on client service and relationship management for major OTR customers. Michael's career began at United Auto Recovery, where responsibilities included developing relationships with clients like Capital One and Honda, managing national accounts, and implementing operational efficiencies. Michael has also held positions at CIGNA Healthcare and Sitel Corporation, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and team leadership. Michael's educational background includes a High School Diploma with Honors from East High School and studies at Vanderbilt University and the University of Memphis.
