Stuart Fricke

Stuart Fricke is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Research and Development at Chroma ATE, Inc., where responsibilities include advancing the Cobra Thermal System and integrating SubZero Silicon's phase-change cooling technology into existing product lines. Prior to this role, Stuart founded SubZero Silicon LLC, developing a liquid-free thermal system for semiconductor testing, resulting in over 60 systems sold in the US and Asia. Previous positions include Chief Engineer at ProFab Technology, where Stuart designed automated thermal control systems, and Mechanical Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, focusing on laboratory baths and chillers.
