Mihret Bekele

Mihret Bekele is a Junior Software Developer at ChromaWay and has extensive experience in software development and mentoring roles. Notable achievements include developing a full-stack project in Rell, integrating a recommendation algorithm that increased user engagement, and optimizing mentorship processes for CovEducation. Mihret has also worked as a Product Lead at Develop for Good, overseeing project selection and team collaboration, and contributed as a Teaching Assistant at AddisCoder. Other roles include Mobile Application Developer at Eskalate, where Mihret led the development of an AI-powered LeetCode competitor, and various community coordination and mentoring positions at A2SV and GDSC AASTU.
