Sebastian Forsberg

Sebastian Forsberg is an experienced HR Lead and Global Talent Advisor at ChromaWay since August 2022, with a diverse background in business development, sales, and consultancy roles across various organizations. Prior to ChromaWay, Sebastian held positions at Wellness Technology AB as a Business Developer/Sales and at Alumni as a Consultant in Tech/IT. Sebastian also served as a Goaltending Coach for Brinkens IF from August 2013 to September 2020, contributing expertise in coaching and mental training. Additional experience includes roles as a Consultant Manager and Recruiter at Academic Resource AB, and as a Consultant at Nordic Ice Consulting. Earlier career highlights consist of managing a restaurant at Beijing8 between 2010 and 2013. Sebastian holds a filosofie kandidatexamen in Psychology from Stockholm University and has completed a basic course in GMP and quality systems, along with certification as a Goalkeeping Coach from the Swedish Ice Hockey Association.
