Viktor Shlapkin is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Chronicle since March 2025, Viktor previously held the same title at Driva from February 2020 to March 2025, where involvement as a founding engineer contributed significantly to the company's growth and engineering culture. Prior to Driva, Viktor co-founded Edukana, an online co-workspace for edtech businesses, and served as CTO. Experience also includes leadership roles at ELMO Cloud HR & Payroll, Life Skills Group, EasyCount, Tracx, diwip, and Pumika Design, the latter where foundational skills in software development and team leadership were honed. Viktor's education spans The Open University of Israel and Minshar, reflecting a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
