Armeline Legay

Armeline Legay currently serves as the Responsable développement des compétences et ingénierie pédagogique at Chronopost since March 2020. Responsibilities include managing skills development activities, defining training strategies, overseeing budget adherence, and leading a team of six collaborators. Prior to this role, Armeline Legay held the position of Directrice du pôle Pédagogique at Securitas France, focusing on digital transformation in training. Armeline Legay's experience extends to being a Consultante RH at INSER RH, where project management and training optimization were key areas of involvement. Additionally, Armeline Legay has held roles in educational project management and training coordination in various organizations, including EPIE Formation and LSV 95. Armeline Legay is also engaged in continuous professional development through numerous MOOCs and courses in management, emotional intelligence, and artificial intelligence.
