With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Ashley previously led the People Team at Front, overseeing HR, Recruiting, DEI, Total Rewards, and Workplace Experience, while navigating challenges during the global pandemic. Additionally, significant contributions were made at Airbnb as Head of HR for the Experiences Business and at Box as Lead HRBP for both M&A and Engineering functions. Ashley co-founded WorkForce Matters, LLC, where vital roles in business development and HR consulting were fulfilled. Ashley holds a degree in English, Publishing, and Business Studies from California State University, Chico.
