As Vice President of People Experience & DEI, Sara is a dynamic culture builder responsible for all things people, focusing on employee development, culture, engagement programs, belonging, diversity, and inclusion.
Prior to Chronus, Sara created a curriculum and developed district-wide academic programs for the Texas public school system. She has also worked in several talent roles as a consultant for Vista Private Equity, a global HR leader for high tech companies, and in the legal field.
In addition to a BS in Psychology from Texas State University, Sara completed her Master’s in Education from the University of Phoenix and is currently working on her Doctorate in Education from Walden University.
