Chuck Wood

Chuck Wood, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at CHS Inc., leading the HR business partner team across the ag retail, distribution, and transportation sectors since December 2019. Prior to this role, Chuck held various senior leadership positions at Lifetouch Church Directories and Portraits, where responsibilities included overseeing field operations, account services, and human resources for teams totaling over 800 employees nationwide. Earlier in Chuck's career at Lifetouch National School Studios, significant contributions were made in human resources for both field sales and manufacturing, supporting thousands of employees across multiple states and Canada. Chuck began the professional journey at Allina Health, providing HR support in a healthcare setting. Educationally, Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
