Heidi st. Clair

Heidi St. Clair is a seasoned professional in supply chain management and operational excellence, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Analytics, Automation, and Innovation at CHS Inc. since November 2014. In this role, Heidi leads the digital supply chain roadmap and development of automation solutions, leveraging advanced technologies. Prior to this, Heidi held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Operational Excellence and Manager of Rail Operations & Logistics, where process improvement and logistics management were key responsibilities. Previous experience includes roles at UnitedHealthcare as Sr. Project Manager and at Canadian Pacific Railway, where Heidi contributed to continuous improvement and financial oversight in various capacities. An early career included accounting and teaching roles, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
