Jessica Disbrow

Jessica Disbrow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Business System Analyst at CHS Inc. since October 2021, Jessica is actively involved in a full Success Factors implementation. Prior roles include Senior HCM Consultant at Mindset Consulting, LLC, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where responsibilities encompassed configuring COBRA modules and managing contractor data migrations.
