Ann Rappleye

Ann Rappleye is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various senior roles. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel for Operations at Chubb since November 2015, Ann has a robust background in corporate legal and compliance matters. Prior roles include Director of Programs and Director at the City Bar Center for CLE with the New York City Bar Association, EVP and General Counsel at Shionogi Inc., and Assistant General Counsel at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Ann also held significant positions at Wyeth and International Paper Company, focusing on antitrust legal matters. Ann began a career in law as Counsel at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Ann holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Yale University.
