Nelson Lucena serves as the Head Of Operations APAC at Chubb since July 2021, driving business transformation through technology initiatives across 12 countries while managing operational areas such as Real Estate and Procurement. In addition to this role, Nelson is an associated member of BR Angels, providing mentorship and support for portfolio startups. Previously, Nelson held several key positions, including CXO/COO Health Latam at Aon, and Head of Regional Operations at Mercer, where significant efficiencies and growth were achieved. With a robust background in operations management spanning various firms including Marsh and Willis Towers Watson, Nelson also has experience in teaching Process Management and Supply Chain, along with academic credentials in Logistics and Finance.
