Timothy Rowe

Timothy Rowe is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel for Chubb in Australia and New Zealand, as well as Company Secretary since February 2020. Prior to this role, Timothy held various positions at Ruralco Holdings Limited, including Group General Counsel & Company Secretary, Acting General Counsel, and Deputy General Counsel from July 2017 to October 2019. Previous experience includes serving as Special Counsel at Mills Oakley Lawyers and Senior Associate roles at Minter Ellison, alongside a tenure as General Counsel at VGI Partners. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts (HONS) from UNSW, as well as completing the Senior Executives Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Risk Management and Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
