John McGuinness, MBA, EIT, is a graduate process engineer at C&I Engineering with a background in chemical engineering and operations management. Previously, John has worked as a technical service engineer at Marathon Petroleum Corporation and as an assistant director of operations for swimming and diving at the University of Kentucky. Prior to that, John gained experience as an honors intern at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. John focuses on efficiency and providing recommendations for process improvement in their roles.
