As the Director of Shared Services in Governance, Lori Nguyen brings over 4 years of leadership. After completing grad school at Wake Forest in North Carolina, she moved back to Seattle to dive into the tech scene. She spent 4 years in technology, product, analytics, brand and marketing for Capital One’s Seattle office.
Lori leads the Accounting, People Operations and Revenue Operations teams at Critical Insight. Lori understands that accuracy and clear expectations are the backbone of Critical Insight’s success, and so she strives to meet and exceed the customer's needs.
Lori is passionate about developing innovative strategies, creating strong working relationships, and inspiring people to reach their full potential. Lori also serves on the Board of Directors for Girls on the Run Puget Sound as she believes serving her community is key.
