Pedro Vieira Maciel's work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Management Consultant at Falconi Consultores de Resultado, where they focused on restructuring planning and control processes for construction projects. In 2013, they joined PRAVALER as a Partner and held several roles, including Group Product Manager, responsible for managing products and implementing agile methodologies. Pedro also initiated new product initiatives and explored new markets. In 2021, Maciel joined FreteBras as a Partner, leading the fintech product division. Currently, they work at CIAL Dun & Bradstreet as the Head of Products LATAM, starting in 2022.
Pedro Vieira Maciel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina between 2005 and 2009. In 2008, they also participated in an exchange program at the University of Toronto, focusing on Business Administration. In 2018, Pedro completed a course on Disruptive Strategy at the Harvard Business School Online, enhancing their knowledge in innovation. Later, in 2019, they attended the Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa to study Leadership and People Management. Currently, Pedro is pursuing further education at the Wharton Executive Education program, where they are enrolled in the "Fintech Revolution: Transformative Financial Services and Strategies" course from 2021 to 2022.
