Tanguy Marzin possesses extensive experience in office management, accounting, and business development across various sectors, particularly in financial services and real estate. Currently serving as Office Manager and Accountant at CIAM since November 2022, Tanguy has previously held managerial and sales roles in companies such as LE BIEN PARISIEN and Lamirand & Associés, where responsibilities included commercial development and real estate sales. Tanguy's career also includes significant positions at Tullett Prebon and Etc Pollak Prebon, focusing on institutional sales of futures and options. As a co-founder of VIEWTRADE EUROPE SA and Elephant Express, Tanguy demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise in global trading platforms and electronic communication networks. Tanguy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pace University and pursued further education in real estate management.
CIAM
CIAM is an investment management firm that uses equity-based investment strategies to generate returns from its global approach to corporate events, focused on special situations and active engagement as one of several tools to unlock shareholder value, where appropriate. CIAM was co-founded by Catherine Berjal and Anne-Sophie d’Andlau in 2010. The flagship CIAM Opportunities Fund implements a high conviction portfolio management based on proprietary research and focused on careful assessment of risk. The Fund’s objective is to provide risk adjusted returns, through building positions presenting one or several catalysts. A streamlined process is used to select a limited number of positions presenting the right catalysts and probability of delivering the expected returns. CIAM donates 25% of its annual performance fees to charities dedicated to improving children's health and education across the world. The Fund's investor base includes family offices, institutional investors, and private banks. CIAM is an AIFM regulated by the AMF in France and registered with the FCA in the UK. CIAM manages the SICAV-SIF CIAM Opportunities Fund under CSSF's supervision.
