Katherine Roup has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Katherine started their career in 1999 at Aviva, where they worked as a Project Manager and later as an AVP in Strategic Technology Planning and Technology Services. In 2005, they joined Excog as a Principal Consultant and then moved on to Scotiabank as a Senior Manager in Organizational Development and Change Management. Katherine then worked at Capco as a Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant / Director in Human Capital. From 2008 to 2011, Katherine worked at RBC Dexia Investor Services as the Head of Change Management Office and Senior Manager in Organizational Change. Katherine then worked at Bluemark Management Consultants as a Principal Consultant from 2012 to 2015. Currently, Katherine is employed at CIBC Mellon, where they have held various roles including Senior Program Manager, Vice President in Strategic Operational Programs, and currently, they hold the position of VP in Business Transformation and Program Management.
Katherine Roup holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University. Katherine also has training in Change Management from Prosci ADKAR.
