Muna Al-Joulani has a range of experience in the field of Human Resources. Muna began their career at Gap Inc. Canada in 2004, where they worked in Human Resources until 2006. Muna then joined CIBC Mellon in 2006 as a Senior Human Resources Analyst and later became Manager of Human Resources Programs. In 2014, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President of HR Corporate Programs, and in 2017, they became Vice President of HR Relationship Management and Employee Experience.
Muna Al-Joulani completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Human Resources Management at Ryerson University from 2000 to 2004. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources (MIRHR) degree at the University of Toronto.
