Bradley Ferguson

Bradley Ferguson is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in real estate and fund accounting. Currently serving as a Real Estate Finance Manager at CIBC since October 2021, Bradley previously held positions as a Real Estate Finance Associate at CIBC and as a Commercial Real Estate Underwriter at BBVA in the USA from July 2018 to September 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Fund Accountant at CIBC Mellon from February 2016 to July 2018. Bradley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Acadia University and completed high school at both Ridley College and Saddle River Day School.
