Catalina Ciotirca

Catalina Ciotirca is an experienced quality assurance professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior QA Lead at CIBC since July 2015, Catalina previously held similar leadership roles at GuestLogix from August 2008 to March 2015 and ACF Consultants LTD from June 2007 to 2008. With a robust background in testing, QA process coordination, and team management, Catalina has effectively trained distributed teams, monitored project statuses, and collaborated closely with business analysts and developers. Earlier roles include positions as Senior QA Analyst at Cryptologic and Lavalife, Business Analyst/New Release Tester at SMTC, and Developer at various companies, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of both development and quality assurance. Catalina holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Computer University „Gh. Asachi” in Iași, Romania, and completed further education at Seneca Polytechnic in 2002.
