Catherine Tucci

Catherine Tucci is an accomplished professional in operational risk management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Risk at CIBC since January 2014, Catherine previously held the position of Director of Operational Risk Oversight at The Economical Insurance Group. Significant achievements include leading the development and implementation of an enterprise risk management framework. Catherine's leadership experience extends to the arts as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Cambridge Symphony Orchestra and includes a volunteer role as Vice President and Program Director for the Disaster Recovery Information Exchange. Prior to these roles, Catherine was a Vice President at Marsh Risk Consulting, specializing in business continuity management, and held various senior positions at CIBC related to incident management, branch operations, and IT. Catherine's educational background includes studies at York University and McMaster University, along with a designation as a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCP).
