Dalia Sadek

Dalia Sadek has significant experience at CIBC, beginning in 2006 as a Program Coordinator in the Training and Development department, and advancing to the role of Staffing Associate. Since September 2009, Dalia has held various senior positions, currently serving as a Senior Learning Advisor and Senior Program Manager for compliance learning. In these roles, Dalia is responsible for the creation and delivery of CIBC's compliance and regulatory learning program strategy, ensuring effective learning outcomes and adherence to regulatory expectations. Additionally, Dalia contributed to establishing a new Content Management function within the Training and Development area, aligning it with business needs and knowledge management principles.
