Dora Peltola

Dora Peltola, CHRL, has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment and employee policies. Currently serving as Director of Employee Policies and Programs and previously holding the position of Director of Recruitment Governance at CIBC since 2000, Dora has effectively managed teams and supported recruitment efforts for various roles across Canada. Prior roles include Resourcing Lead, Resourcing Consultant for the Toronto Visa Centre, and Resourcing Co-ordinator, where administrative support was provided to HR professionals. Prior to CIBC, Dora held the position of Director of Reservations at The Holiday Network and Manager of Reservations at Sunquest Vacations. Dora's educational background includes studies at Seneca Polytechnic and Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
