Nicole Quain

Nicole Quain has extensive experience in operations management and business planning, currently serving as Director of Operations Management and previously as Director of Business Management Services at CIBC since April 2012. Prior to CIBC, Nicole held the position of Manager of Commercial Programs at PartSource and worked as a Marketing Manager at Optel Vision, where responsibilities included establishing marketing strategies and organizing international trade shows. Nicole's career began at Sears Canada, progressing from Associate Store Manager to Program Manager and Analyst of Special Projects, focusing on sales growth and customer loyalty. Academically, Nicole holds an LLM in International Law from the University of Nottingham and an Hon. BA in History and Political Science from the University of Toronto - Victoria University.
