Salman Ashraf

Salman Ashraf is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Digital and AI Enablement Delivery at CIBC since May 2013, leading a team of product owners in executing product strategies for Digital and AI applications. Previously, Salman held various leadership roles at CIBC, including Director of Business and Systems Analysis, where management of a large team of analysts and oversight of Deposits and Enterprise Content Management systems were key responsibilities. Notable achievements include developing strategies to mitigate fraud, implementing cost-saving portfolio strategies, and leading initiatives for significant product launches. Salman's career began with a variety of roles in business analysis and IT development across different companies, including Interac Association and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Salman holds a BASc in System Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
