Shanu Kalra

Shanu Kalra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program delivery and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Program Delivery for Digital, Frontline Tools & Transformation at CIBC since February 2022, Shanu leads extensive regulatory initiatives and product strategy development. Additionally, Shanu has been an Instructional Assistant at the University of Toronto since September 2017. Prior to CIBC, Shanu worked at RBC as a Senior Manager in Agile Project Management, where responsibilities included managing complex projects and enhancing program management delivery procedures. Previous roles also include experiences at BlackBerry, Unisys, and Schneider Electric, where Shanu contributed to product development and sales strategy initiatives. Shanu holds an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology.
