Jason Latouche is a skilled software engineer with substantial experience in full-stack development and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Software Engineer II at Microsoft since March 2024, Jason previously held positions at Ciberspring as a Tech Lead and Full-Stack Engineer, where responsibility included leading a team in delivering over 12 projects for a pharmaceutical client using Sitecore CMS. Additionally, Jason worked as a DevOps Engineer on a large-scale Sitecore solution supporting over 90 sites. Prior experience includes serving as a Full-Stack Developer at EX2 Outcoding, focusing on the home building industry, and an internship at InnovaMars Tech, where research on data exploration techniques was conducted. Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica and an intermediate-level technician degree in Computer Networking from Calle Blancos Vocational High School.
