Brian Chaffin has extensive experience in the banking industry. Brian started their career at Bank One in 1981, where they served as a Vice President until 1989. From 1989 to 1997, they worked at National City Bank in a similar role. In 1998, Chaffin became the President and CEO of CIBM Bank. In 2010, they joined Central Illinois Bank as a Market President, a position they held until 2015.
Brian Chaffin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1976 to 1980. Brian then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting/Finance from the same institution, from 1984 to 1988.
