Michelle Ottey

Michelle Ottey, PhD, currently serves as the Global Head of Centers and Labs at Cambridge Innovation Center, where responsibilities include overseeing global operations and mentoring General Managers to optimize performance. Previous roles at the organization included Vice President of Labs and Centers, where strategic alignment and operational refinement were key. Prior to CIC, Michelle Ottey was associated with Fairfax Cryobank for over 16 years, holding various leadership positions, including Consulting Laboratory Director and Laboratory Director, where responsibilities encompassed laboratory management, regulatory compliance, and quality control. Academic achievements include a PhD in Genetics from Jefferson Health and multiple certifications in finance, supervision, and management, with ongoing professional development in artificial intelligence at MIT Sloan School of Management.
