Ben Carmichael

Ben Carmichael serves as the Global Client Services Director at Cielo Talent, overseeing a team of over 60 recruiters and managing recruitment operations across North America, LATAM, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ben was a Managing Partner at LionSearch, responsible for full lifecycle recruitment strategies across various sectors. Experience also includes serving as HR Business Operations Manager at Ericsson, leading talent management and recruitment for the Network Build organization, and various recruiting positions at Vaco, Hudson Global Resources, and Aerotek, starting from a Technical Recruiter role. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas.
