Steve Zotti

Steve Zotti is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in operational management and strategic development across both corporate and military sectors. As Senior Director and COO of Ciena Government Solutions Inc., Zotti transformed the operations team, enhancing corporate reputation and productivity, while significantly growing the services business. Prior roles include Division Chief at US Cyber Command and Chief of Staff at U.S. Marine Forces Cyber Command, where Zotti led efforts to build and operationalize a fully functioning cyber command. Zotti’s military career includes advisory roles during combat operations in Iraq, where success in expanding division capabilities was achieved. An alumnus of the United States Naval Academy, Zotti holds multiple advanced degrees in political science, foreign policy, and military strategy from esteemed institutions.
