Deb Hutton

Deb Hutton has extensive experience in state government affairs, particularly in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Lobby Lead for State Government Affairs at Cigna Healthcare, Deb has also held senior roles including Managing Director and Director for the Northeast Region at Cigna. Prior experiences include Chief of Staff and Chief Legal Counsel at the House Republican Office in Connecticut, as well as Vice President of Government Affairs at Cablevision Systems Corporation. Deb Hutton holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Connecticut, Storrs.
