Eric J. Foss

Eric Foss has been Chairman of the Board of ARAMARK Corporation, a publicly traded provider of food services, facilities management and uniform services, since February 2015, and President and Chief Executive Officer since May 2012. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Pepsi Beverages Company, a beverage manufacturer, seller and distributor and a division of PepsiCo, Inc., from 2010 until December 2011. He was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. from 2008 until 2010; President and Chief Executive Officer from 2006 until 2008; and Chief Operating Officer from 2005 until 2006. He served on the Board of UDR, Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust, from 2003 until May of 2015.
