Katya Andresen serves as the Chief Digital & Analytics Officer at The Cigna Group since September 2021, leading a comprehensive Digital & Analytics organization focused on enhancing enterprise experiences for customers through digital and data strategies. Prior to this role, Katya held various leadership positions, including SVP of Card Customer Experience at Capital One, where an integrated team was managed across multiple marketing and customer experience functions. As CEO of Cricket Media, Katya transformed the company into a global digital media platform. Additional roles include Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Network for Good, Marketing and Communications Advisor for the Institute for Sustainable Communities in Ukraine, and Adjunct Professor at American University. Katya began a career in journalism as a correspondent for the Associated Press and Reuters, covering significant political and cultural events. Katya holds a BA in History from Haverford College and serves on the Board of the Morrison Center for Marketing and Data Analytics at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
