Michael Delaney

Michael Delaney is an experienced product management leader with a robust background in the healthcare and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Consumer Directed Product Lead at Cigna Healthcare since March 2014, Michael oversees the product strategy and management for account-based solutions including HSAs, HRAs, and FSAs. Prior to Cigna, Michael held various key positions at Aetna from 1995 to 2013, including Head of Strategic Alliances & Financial Operations and Head of Individual Billing Administration, where responsibilities encompassed managing vendor relationships, financial operations, and operational growth initiatives. Michael's educational credentials include an MBA in Business Management and Information Systems from the University of Hartford, as well as a B.S. in Management and Finance from Central Connecticut State University.
