Scot Champlin has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Client Onboarding and Service Operations at New York Life Insurance Company, Group Benefit Solutions. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Client Onboarding & Service Operations at Cigna Insurance Services. Scot has also worked at companies like Lincoln Financial Group, UNUM, Hartford Insurance Company, and UNUM Life Insurance Company, taking on various leadership roles and responsibilities. Throughout their career, Scot has demonstrated their expertise in driving operational excellence, leading strategic initiatives, managing budgets, and building high-performing teams.

Scot Champlin holds an MBA in International Business from Bentley University, a Foundation degree in French/International Business from College International de Cannes, a BS in Business Administration from Husson University, and has completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
