Roman Oshchypko

Roman Oshchypko is a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist at Ciklum since August 2023, with prior experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at Miratech from October 2021 to July 2023. Roman began his career at Baker Tilly Ukraine, where roles included Auditor (A3), Auditor (A2), Auditor (A1), and Intern from July 2018 to October 2021. Responsibilities involved participation in various audit engagements across sectors, preparation and transformation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Ukrainian GAAP, business performance analysis, and internal controls testing. Roman holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree from the University of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, specializing in finance and banking.
