Prior to joining CIM, Mr. Ryan was a director in PwC’s Los Angeles Real Estate Tax practice serving public REITs, private equity funds, conduit lenders and other specialized real estate financing companies. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
