Vanessa Mutamba, CHRMA, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in performance management, resource planning, HR operational effectiveness, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Britam since April 2024, Vanessa previously held the position of Learning and Development Manager at CIMERWA PPC from November 2020 to August 2024. Prior to that, Vanessa worked at Bank of Kigali Limited from July 2013 to June 2020, fulfilling roles as Change and People Lead and Human Resource and Administration Officer, along with serving as Public Relations Officer from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Vanessa was a Public Relations Assistant at Trade and Development Bank from February 2010 to December 2012. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa, achieved between 2006 and 2009.
