Ailana Vilela currently serves as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at CIMPOR since June 2025. Previously, Ailana held the position of Board Member at Consórcio UHE Guilman-Amorim from February 2023 to May 2025 and was the Procurement General Manager at Samarco from October 2018 to May 2025, where Ailana also served as Procurement Manager. Ailana's earlier roles include Raw Materials Procurement Manager at Ternium and USIMINAS, as well as various procurement and logistics positions at BHP Billiton and Embare Industrias Alimenticias S.A. Ailana began the career as an Export Intern at SCE Servicos de Comercio Exterior. Ailana holds an MBA in Finance from Ibmec, a post-degree in Logistics from FGV, and a degree in International Business from Centro Universitário UNA.
