Julia Duffy

Julia Duffy, CHRL, currently serves as the VP of Employee Success at Cinchy since September 2022. Prior to this role, Julia held the position of Director of Human Resources at Tehama.io from July 2019 to September 2022, where Tehama was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Small & Medium Employers in 2022. Julia's extensive experience in talent management includes roles such as Director of Talent and Global Talent Management Strategist at Pythian from March 2011 to June 2019, achieving numerous accolades for innovation in talent acquisition. Earlier career positions include Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at excel Human Resources and Recruitment Coordinator at Hatch. Julia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.
